Dell inspiron 15 3521 it start up and working fine but after certain minute ( more than 15min) it freezes and a blue screen " your pc ran into a problem and needs restart " message will appear . Any help please
I check with diagnosis there is not fault
i change RAM and HDD the problem still persists
I format with new window 10 OS no change
any help please
